Surge Institute Formally Launches Surge@Work to Drive Organizational Transformation
Public launch coincides with new partnership with regional early childhood education organization, preparing leaders for new school year
CHICAGO, IL, UNITED STATES, August 26, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Today, the Surge Institute officially announced the launch of Surge@Work, an initiative designed to bring Surge’s signature equity-centered leadership development directly to nonprofit organizations and companies.Since 2015, Surge has expanded the impact of cohorts of education leaders. Surge@Work translates that experience for organizations by offering employee training, employee resource group (ERG) facilitation, and custom programming. Coinciding with its formal rollout, Surge@Work is proud to announce its newest client, a prominent, region-wide early childhood education organization. With this partnership, Surge is facilitating comprehensive staff training and leadership development programs in conjunction with the start of the new school year. This collaboration gives early childhood educators and staff actionable strategies for increasing employee collaboration, managing outcomes, and building employee confidence to lead change.
